I'm not rating this with stars - as it was a DNF because I just don't think this story was for me. On paper... I thought yes, I could get into this, but no... I just couldn't seem to get past the teacher/student thing. It made me feel like Evan was just asking for trouble, I mean regardless of the initial meeting he should have been more responsible about the situation. And from the get-go I didn't feel anything for Maise. SO... I'm learning to cut my losses and get out early when I feel that way, and that's what happened here. Don't let my DNF keep you from reading this, like I said, it just wasn't something that I could get into.
